2. Description of tft color display
Chenghao CH500WV03A is a color active matrix TFT (thin film transistor) LCD (liquid crystal display) that uses amorphous silicon TFT as a switching device. It consists of a Tn Tft Lcd Panel of 800*480 dots Resolution, a driver IC, a backlight and a 50 pin FPC.
The driver IC is mounted on the glass and interconnected with other components through the FPC. By inputting RGB signals to it, the display screen can display 16M colors. 12 white LEDs are used as the light source of this module to provide a backlight of 300 nit luminance for the Tft Screen Panel.
CH500WV03A adopts 24-bit Parallel RGB Interface and supports FPC modification and customization. We can customize FPC according to customer's requirements, including FPC shape structure, interface definition, etc. In addition, this module can also be installed with a touch panel. The types of installed touch panels include capacitive touch panel and Resistive touch Panel.
