ChengHao Display model CH400WV19A is a color active matrix thin film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display (LCD) that uses amorphous silicon TFT as a switching device. This model is composed of a TFT LCD panel, a driving IC, a back-light and FPC.
This Tft Screen Module has a 3.95 (Square screen) inch diagonally measured active display area with 480*480 Resolution . At the same time, the whole module adopts SPI+RGB two communication interfaces, which supports a variety of connection methods. ST7701 is Used as the driver IC of this module, the TFT display can display 16.7M/262K/65K colors by inputting RGB signals to the Driver IC. The backlight unit contains 8 pcs While LED, which can make the backlight brightness of Tft Screen Module reach 350 cd/m2.
In addition, FPC can also be customized according to customer requirements, such as modifying back-light and interface definition, etc.
